dBSea v3 has been available for approximately six months, receiving notably positive reception from the user community. The reception has been particularly strong regarding the new three-dimensional solver capabilities.

However, certain users reported experiencing interface responsiveness issues. The development team identified the root cause: the three-dimensional graphics library was creating performance bottlenecks that occasionally resulted in lost keyboard input.

To address this concern, the developers replaced the graphics library and substantially revised the graphics processing routines. The updated implementation leverages contemporary OpenGL rendering techniques, delivering significantly improved performance characteristics. These enhancements are included in dBSea v3.0.10.
